Promotional Guidelines and Resources
We know that no one knows your library and community like you do, so we leave it up to you to choose the best promotional tools and strategies for your library. Our only request is that you display the author's book(s) somewhere prominent in your library in the weeks leading up to event. Authors want more readers, and we want patrons to be able to discover a book or author before the event so they can look forward to attending and come with great questions for our guests! Book covers are an author's best marketing tool, and the best thing we can do for our guests is to get those covers out where patrons can see them.
Here you'll find resources that can help you promote and market The Library Talks events. Feel free to take anything you think will be useful and alter it to fit you and your library's needs. Don't see what you're looking for here? Send us a suggestion for material you'd like to use at email@example.com.
